We got a really big charge for internet use on the cell phone bill this month. Normally I don’t use that feature but the guy at the store said it was free for the first month on our new plan. Well, it turns out it isn’t and all the customer service reps keep repeating is that “we no longer offer that”. How are we supposed to know that?  When I ask how I was supposed to know that the store rep gave me outdated information they are totally dumbfounded and keep repeating that the computer shows them the charge so we have to pay it. I’m waiting for a manager to call me back. The one funny moment of the whole thing was when the girl asked for my phone number so her manager could call me back. Um, you have it?
